Recognition of your personnel We work closely with all our Customers to ensure that the various levels of personnel within a company are recognised, but within the scope of that company’s operation.We appreciate that some personnel will require better standards of accommodation than others, require the benefits of a Limousine travel compared to Seat In Coach and the necessity of discretion when making travel arrangements. Our computerised reservations systems are capable of storing all this information to ensure that the correct standards are adhered to at all times. However, the personal attention that our staff provide to our clients and the rapport that they build up with them, getting to appreciate their likes and dislikes, enhances the use of computers for the basic storage of information. Whenever appropriate, we liaise with hotel management, guides and coach operators to ensure that they also recognise the importance of our clients. In addition to computerised reservations being made, follow up faxes and phone calls are made to hotels to ensure that our Customers are not inconvenienced by "overlooked" hotels. We like, and expect, our Customers to have a "worry free" trip and we take all possible action to ensure that this happens. |
